Location of building:
City, borough, township, county, state.
Provide as much info as possible.



Window Manufacturer:
Residential: Who made the completed window.
Commercial: Glass usually is installed onsite by the glazing contractor.



Heat-Treated Glass Fabricator:
Tempered glass has a stamp to identify the fabricator.
Heat-Strengthened glass does not always have a stamp and you will need to ask the supplier.



Location of Facility:
Facility that provided the tempered or heat-strengthened glass.
You should be able to get this information from the window company
on residential jobs or the glazing contractor for commercial jobs.



Grade of Quality:
Grade the quality of the glass with respect to scratching due to EXCESS fabricating debris.
Grade A, B, C, D or F depending on the amount of fabricating debris.
NOTE:     "A" being very good, "F" being very poor quality.
